ABOUT STUDIO AMBIX
Studio Ambix is the workspace of Northwest artist Steph Harmon.
Using natural objects such as stones, branches, and bones as her departure point, Steph's works are about finding inspiration and magic in the small, the ordinary, and the everyday.
Steph's intention is to encourage curiosity and appreciation for our phenomenal world, and to remind us of the transformative power found in being present with what’s right in front of us.
Trained as a printmaker and a painter, Steph Harmon studied at Fairhaven College, Western Washington University, the Royal Academy of Art (The Hague, the Netherlands), and HKU University of the Arts (Utrecht, the Netherlands).
